Refund policy

At Fencil Studio, we do our best to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If the product isn't quite what you expected, returning it is easy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and preferably returned in its original packaging.

  • Items that are custom-made cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@fencilstudio.com.

  2. Carefully package the item and include the return form (if applicable).

  3. Send the package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Refunds

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

5. Digital Products

1. No Right of Withdrawal After Download

According to European legislation, the right of withdrawal expires once a digital product (such as a tutorial) has been downloaded or accessed, provided you have given prior explicit consent.

By purchasing a tutorial from us, you agree that:

  • You will gain immediate access to the digital product, and

  • You waive your right of withdrawal once the delivery has begun.

2. Exceptions to Refunds

A refund may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • You accidentally ordered the same product more than once (duplicate purchase).

  • There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • The delivered product clearly deviates from the description on the website.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email within 7 days of purchase to info@fencilstudio.com with your order number and a clear explanation of your request.
